Homeowners are required by the Waterside Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, to obtain prior approval in writing, for any alterations to the owner's building structure and lot. This committee is responsible for review and approval of submitted plans and specifications for any and each proposed addition, change or alteration to the existing building structure or lot.
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their property according to the Architectural Guidelines and Standards (ERC Guidelines). This document includes exterior specifications, such as paint color scheme, shingle options, and brick type for each unit in Waterside.
Approval is not required for the following:
- Repainting of an existing authorized structure on a lot of the same color in a similar manner.
- The use or replacement of brick, stone, timbers, or other building materials solely for landscaping purposes.
If you wish to obtain approval for all other changes, please download, complete, and submit the ERC Form along with plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, color, and location in writing to Clagett Management and it will then be forwarded to the committee for review.
