The Waterside Community was established in 1984 and consists of 432 townhouses, 96 condominiums, and 23 single-family homes. We are located along the scenic Monocacy River in central Frederick County, Maryland. Nearby is an abundance of schools, shopping, restaurants, employment opportunities, places of worship and recreational areas. Waterside is a family-friendly neighborhood, offering a large pool, tennis courts, multiple playground/tot lots, baseball field, open space and a walking/jogging pathway that winds through the community.

This website is for the enjoyment of Waterside's current and prospective residents. It is designed to communicate up-to-date information about the community, including the Board of Directors meetings, the homeowners' association budget and community newsletters, and serves as an online source for rules and, regulations listed in the Waterside Covenants and By-laws.

Glo-Fiber will begin laying fiber optic lines in Waterside the week of July 13. They plan to start along waterside dr at Rt26 (Liberty Rd) and then move down River Run Ct toward the single-family homes. Next, they will branch off at the Common Areas to the rear of the homes and townhomes on the west side of Waterside Drive. This document describes the plan and route map for the community.
