The Waterside Community was established in 1984 and consists of 432 townhouses, 96 condominiums, and 23 single-family homes. We are located along the scenic Monocacy River in central Frederick County, Maryland. Nearby is an abundance of schools, shopping, restaurants, employment opportunities, places of worship and recreational areas. Waterside is a family-friendly neighborhood, offering a large pool, tennis courts, multiple playground/tot lots, baseball field, open space and a walking/jogging pathway that winds through the community.

It is designed to communicate up-to-date information about the community, including the Board of Directors meetings, the homeowners' association budget and community newsletters, and serves as an online source for rules and, regulations listed in the Waterside Covenants and By-laws.

Parents must be at the pool while the child is in class. Every Saturday in June and July 11th.
