As of right now we are moving forward with having the community Yard Sale on June 12-13, 8:00-1:30 (Rainy day date June 14)  Please see below for recommendations for a successful/safe community sale:

 

1.  All participants must practice social distancing  and wear face mask. (sellers and customers) 

2.  If you are going to sell items, please put a sign up so people can find your place and you are responsible for taking the sign down. 

3. IF you want to set a spot up at the pool parking lot instead of your home, reach out to Judy Grove (judygrove36@yahoo.com) and she can reserve a spot for you. Otherwise just set up your garage or driveway.  

4.  The HOA will set up signs a few days in advance at the entrances of the community, send out emails to surrounding board of directors in other communities to make announcements in their communities, announce on social media and place an add in the newspaper. 

5.  When the Yard Sale times are completed, please clean up your items neatly. Please do not leave by the curb as the next bulk pick up will not be till Sept. 

 

My neighbors and I are planning to have a lot of items on our court.  We have been doing a great deal of cleaning and downsizing and are excited to have our treasures find a new homes.  Please mark your calendars for June 12-13 and rainy day date June 14 and check www.watersideweb.com for any changes that may occur suddenly.

All Board Meetings in 2020 will be held virtual.  The board will send out email if changes.
